This Payments & Refunds Policy (β€œPolicy”) describes how Nano Banana GE (β€œwe,” β€œour,” or β€œus”) manages payments, subscriptions, credits, and refunds for the services and features offered on https://nanobananage.com (the β€œService”). By purchasing or using our Service, you agree to this Policy and acknowledge that you have read and understood it.


1. General Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, credit card).

  • Applicable taxes, duties, or transaction fees may be applied based on your location.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and maintaining sufficient funds.

2. Subscriptions

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled prior to renewal. Users are responsible for cancelling if they do not wish to continue.
  • Upgrades & Downgrades:
    • Upgrades: Effective immediately. Charges may be prorated based on the remaining billing period.
    • Downgrades: Effective from the next billing cycle; current billing period charges remain unchanged.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access to the Service continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply in cases of duplicate charges, technical errors preventing reasonable use, or as required by applicable law (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period).

3. Credits (Top-up & Bonus)

  • Purchase: Credits can be purchased separately and will be added to your account balance. Some packages may include bonus credits.
  • Usage: Credits can only be used within the Service and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not for resale.
  • Validity:
    • Purchased credits: valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase.
    • Bonus credits included with the purchase: valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds:
    • Refund requests for top-up orders must be submitted within 7 days from the purchase date.
    • Only unused purchased credits are eligible for refunds.
    • Any bonus credits associated with the refunded top-up will be removed from your account.
    • Used credits are strictly non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests should be submitted via the Refund Request feature in your account.
  • If the online process is unavailable, you may contact us at support@nanobananage.com with your payment details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not comply with this Policy.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Payments & Refunds Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the β€œLast updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
